A. Standard hosting and security logs (all visitors)
Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent, request time, and response status) to provide security, availability, and performance. We do not use this data for advertising or analytics.
B. Information you submit through forms (only if you choose to submit)
- Contact form: name, email, phone, message
- Volunteer form: name, email, phone, help areas, comments
- Feedback/corrections: name, email, page URL, feedback content
- Intelligence report: encrypted report content and optional secure contact details
C. Limited anti-abuse metadata for intelligence reports
For intelligence report submissions, we store a hashed version of the IP address and user agent for abuse prevention and integrity checks. We do not store the plaintext IP or user agent for these reports.
D. Cookies
- Essential cookies for security and session management (for example, admin login)
- Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookies to prevent spam and abuse on forms We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How We Use Your Information
